Reviews
The library is a three level open space surrounded by curated nature.
It is an outstanding place to sit and read, meditate or talk.
Talks and events are sometimes held there.
A cafe is near the entrance, a museum in the lower level and reading areas in the upper island levels.
My gripe with this place is it is so large that it requires at least a couple of entrances and could only find one but otherwise highly recommended.
This must be the most beautiful and wel-organized library in Sweden! A "jungle room" for the children, a place to leave baby strollers, an open magazine of older books and more. Open, airy and just fantastic!
Quiet, studying places, a lot of books, friendly staff, a ton of natural sunlight super open and big makes it feel comfortable and to top it off its super clean
Much bigger than many Libraries in Stockholm.
Large and modern library!
+ Big glassy transparent walls on one side
+ Generates electricity with the help of solar panels on the roof!
+ self-loan and book-return desks
- you can't pay with credit card at the reception desk
Very good and very cooperative
Building is beautiful and there’s cosy chairs next to the bit windows but if you are looking for a quiet place it’s not this library.
Amazing staff (fully bilingual as with most swedes) and a good selection of print and e-books. Also a good comics section for adults.
